The Coach House is a detached building standing in the grounds of a 17th Century Grade II Listed Farmhouse in the pretty conservation area of Northney village on Hayling Island (with its thatched cottages and farms) with views towards Chichester Harbour and the South Downs. Within easy reach of the M27 and A3.
The tastefully furnished accommodation is exceptionally spacious comprising of a 40ft studio with old stripped pine flooring throughout and large colourful rugs. There is a King size bed and a single bed (with optional screen). There is an en-suite shower room.
The lounge area (always with fresh flowers) has a TV, coffee tables, sofa and arm chair. There is a dining area with tables and chairs and also a dresser with cutlery, china and glasses.
There are tea/fresh coffee/ hot chocolate making facilities plus biscuits and fresh fruit. There is a fridge, radio, microwave, trouser press, ironing facilities, hair dryer and all linen is provided.
A hearty traditional Full English Breakfast is included and is served in the old oak beamed Farmhouse or a full Continental Breakfast will be served in The Coach House.
Seating is provided in the delightful large mature grounds.
There is ample parking for cars and boats and safe storage for bicycles and surf boards.
Close to beaches and beautiful walks and 4 Public Houses within 2 miles serving excellent food.
