Elgan is situated just across the road from the sea and is a few minutes walk to the sea front.
Elgan is the ideal base for kitesurfing, windsurfing, sailing, golf, horse riding and bird watching in Langstone / Chichester Harbours. Chichester Harbour to the rear of the house.
The Bed & Breakfast is also in the perfect location for The Hayling Sailing Club.

We offer a friendly, high quality bed and breakfast in our home.
The bed & breakfast has lovely gardens which you are welcome to relax in whilst staying at Elgan.
Breakfast is served every morning between 8.30am and 9.30am.

Portsmouth is a short journey away where you can visit Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, home to HMS Victory, HMS Warrior, The Mary Rose and a host of other naval attractions.

Visit Portsmouth's Spinnaker Tower which offers incredible views across the Solent and surrounding area, including across to Hayling Island.

Also near by are South Downs. Hayling is surrounded by beautiful countryside and the South Downs are amongst the best of it.
