| FREE Nordic Walking course |
Nordic Walking
Nordic Walking is an enhancement on ordinary walking - it makes something we can all do...twice as effective! It is a specific fitness technique and is not to be confused with trekking, hill walking or rambling.
Nordic Walking poles add two major health benefits to going for a walk, they use the upper body muscles and they propel you along, making it easier to work quite hard!

| The Rock 'n' Roll Hoodlums LIVE!! |
The 'Book Your Babysitter' tour comes back onto home turf with a return to The West Town on Hayling Island.
Break out your dancing pants and get ready to shake what God gave you as The Hoodlums rattle through a sack full of tunes from Kings Of Leon, The Stones, The Killers, Snow Patrol, Bon Jovi and... Adele!?
Bring a friend... and bring a coat, 'cos the roof is coming off...
PLEASE NOTE: We don't actually take the roof off, this would contravene current health & safety regulations.
9pm start.
The Rock 'n' Roll Hoodlums made their bow at The Hayling Charity Rock Festival last year and have since gone on to play a string of gigs and functions. The Hoodlums are not the little band in the corner of the pub; they play for the crowd, whether it's 200 sweaty festival goers or 3 men and a labrador... energy is everything.
So book your babysitter, come along and join the party! |
