Default Mill Rythe Fish weekend

I notice that Mill Rythe is very busy this weekend with the Koi carp etc.

Anybody been to take a look? It is free entry.

Saw it publicised elsewhere on the web. Thinking of dragging myself over there as well - just not feeling overly lively today

2 pints at the festival. Must have had a few more at the lifeboat - otherwise I wouldn't have broken out the vodka when we all ended up back here.

We went yesterday, didn't think much of it seemed to be chaos everywhere, we couldn't get anywhere to park and that was with a disabled friend with us then when we did get in not very disabled friendly. My friend wanted to buy a pump but the man on the stall was not very helpful and he kept asking me what my friend wanted (friend was in a wheel chair) moan over
The fish where lovely

I was impressed with the fish festival. We went fairly late Sunday, so it had probably calmed down by then. Also walked, which made things easier I am sure.

HID enjoyed all the snakes, lizards and other reptiles - I of course enjoyed the fish!

Was absolutely stunned when HID decided we should buy more fish - so we now have another 4 small coy.

Small koi turn into large koi very quickly. That's if the heron doesn't find 'em

Heron isn't going to be a problem. When the webcam goes in I am thinking of adding another little accessory - linked to PIR:

USB Missile Launcher

We enjoyed a wander around Mill Rythe and a look at the fish and had a pint or two in the bar. Mind you, if I was Mat's HID, I would be worried as we were amazed at the number of very bizarre people that this hobby seems to attract!

I was more interested in people watching than fish watching.
