Which is why truecall is better than exchange blocking as all the calls get answered, if Truecall knows the person calling then it will let it through, if its a withheld number then you get the option of either letting the machine kill the call or it will ask the caller who they are and then ring the phone and tell you who it is, from there you can decide to either accept it or kill the call off and never actually talk to them
