Sounds like a bargain. Looks a nice place as well and they welcome walkers and visitors as well as fishers.

I haven't done "ditch grubbing" (freshwater) fishing for approx 30 years but it looks like a good place for those who do. Their rules were nice to see as well - very environmentally friendly.

Whereabouts on the site did you fish ? A link below for anyone who's interested.

Never been to Dandy's but when the kids were small we used to walk from the yacht basin at Chichester right down to Hunston and back. Lovely walk and the pub was very nice at Hunston but I can't remember what it is called.

Much love to Tenchie! If she's like a copy of the DVD I PM'd her about as a prezzie , let me know, Smeags. Can't post a You Tube link to previews here, as VERY non PC, But darned funny

After a really busy month I decided the boss needed a break from stitching so took her fishing at a lovely venue Dandy's Ford near Romsey.
The weather was fine and the fishing great. Even I caught some fish (Pics below)
Stated at about 10 am stopped for a picnic lunch at 2 pm and got home at 8 pm .
It was good to see her at peace and totally happy
