i have just hurd they are putting the whale down at 3pm does any one no if this it true

I think they are waiting for low tide which I have been told is 4pm but I could be wrong.

Has anyone thort that it has just come here to die... woundered of from its heard because it is unable to keep up. why could they not just leave it...

I would imagine the answer to that would be that they had no reason to believe that was the case, to the eye the whale looked ok, no obvious illness or injury.
Whales are known to swim of course, especially younger ones like this.
Why would they not try and save it until they had reason to believe that was not the best course of action for the animal?

Nature is nature. stuff in the wild. they do what they want... for example. what would you rather do. walk around and die? or lie down and die?
