Hayling Venture, breakwater, chain ferry etc

I've been reading something about Alan Priddy's latest money making enterprise.
Does anyone know if this hairbrained scheme has an official website? I would like to learn more about it.

At the meeting I attended Alan Priddy was quite adamant that there was no financial gain in these projects for him. The schemes made sense and he's consulting with Islanders at every stage. He was gauging Islanders opinions and if you read the Hayling Islander 1 in 10 people responded to the questionnaire (did you?) and the overwhelming majority was in favour to the general principles.

So I'm guessing that Badger don't have the information I seek to confirm my pre-judgement?

Whats in it for Mr Priddy? - I can't believe he's doing it for zero gain (financial or otherwise!) ...maybe he lives on the south side of southwood road?

I don't personally see 9% of the islands households counts as a ringing endorsement.
I suspect the nmajoirty of the respondents were related to Mr Priddy's scheme or they live on Southwood road (...or perhaps both?!?)
