This year throughout December the shops in Mengham will be collecting for the Hayling Community Responders who are all volunteers, trained by South Central Ambulance Service Trust and are committed to serving the Community by providing time and experience to assist patients with emergency first aid in life threatening situations. They are currently in the process of replacing their Responder Car and are raising funds to equip it.

What a wonderful reason to support the local shops - how festive it will feel in real snow. Children running around like mad things this morning, dressed up warm and venturing out for the delights tonight. Santa hats on here.
