Photos of Hayling Wanted

We're still working away on the big site update. Thank to those who have been helping out with sorting information, checking new content, photos etc.

This thread will list photos that we need for the new site. If anyone is able to provide any of these for us to use it will be gratefully appreciated. Credit will be provided.

I'll be listing the picture in 2 blocks: "Fussy" and "Not so fussy". The fussy block are where we are looking for a particularly nice image to show off on a page. The "not so fussy" block is where we just need a photo to help people identify a place or thing.

I thought I would break it down like that so that people aren't put off by thinking they need a big expensive camera to help out.

I'll update this thread as we work through the list. If you can help with any please respond below and I will PM you.

The Fussy List
* Jet ski
* General tourist / holiday / fun shots
* Powerboat
* Surfing
* Wakeboard / waterski
* Swimming (think hardcore swimming rather than family dips)
* Horse riding
* Funfair

The Not So Fussy List
* Hayling Island Health Centre
* 1 picture of the outside of each school
* 1 picture of the outside of each church

Quite a long list, sorry. Coffers are empty for photos, but we'll credit every picture used and think hard about some underwhelming way to say thank you to everyone who helps.

Hoping to be out and about with the camera also. Think I may have some windsurfing and jet skiing already will hunt through.

We want to add LOTS more photos in to the main site., so that list will keep growing/changing. All contributions welcomed

How do you want images - RAW, JPEG or something else? Any size?

JPG is fine, but can cope with other formats.

Updated to include a request for general holiday / tourism / fun shots. We're adding quite a big tourist guide and would love some images that really sell the Island to all visitor types. if anyone has anything kicking about (or wants an excuse to go out with a camera) please let us know.
