i never know how much cams cost to run , but i think one looking across the bridge would be great , ie check traffic , or maybe at Hayling Sailing Club end checking out the boats in and out ? im sure someone will put me right in why it just can not happen

I'm pretty sure it could happen, I think the issue is getting enough money to run it as the camera will need an internet link which will cost a lot each month and getting permission to put a camera in can be difficult.

How much are we talking of then?

1...Does it depend on how fast it is streamed?

2...Live stream or static?

3...Controls or not.

The best web cam I have seen is at Exmouth, they have controls that you can zoom and pan, also about 6 different angles you can view.

So what are the break down cost you are talking about?
