Yeah Fur using the mapping tool from HBC, looking around you can see other infill properties in about a quarter the plot size of No 40.
Which is a shame where one property was we now have multiple properties.
Where do you stop, having granted permission for some properties to be multi developed should you dis-allow others in the same road? or would that be discriminatory?

Look at the delqusha or how ever you spell it thats one property thats about to become 1000..............well OK may not a 1000 but theres going to be a fair few on that site, what about Millers that was one pub thats now many flats, the Bucks, again one pub now many flats. Not to mention all the little railway cabins that have gone to have 2,3 ,or sometimes 4 tiny bungy's put on them

I am just saying its here and its not new, I do agree it needs to be stopped, one plot = one dewelling not one plot = mega bucks for the developer

Fur, all around us there are properties that was one little bungalow but now its four houses, every time a property comes on the market the builders buy it and develop it, and no I don't agree with it either but as you say its what happens, I believe the council has to build a certain amount of new properties and maybe its better to develop these sites then to build on the ever diminishing green sites
