Unlike me to say this i no as if it was in my garden it would not be there for very long but you could feed the squirrel giving it no reason to want to trash your bird feeder but then you will probely have 20 of them in your garden

they can be a pest espichely if they get in under you roof which they will do belive me. so if you dont want it there proberly best to exsterminate it properly but makes sure you do a good job and dont leave it wonded. bb gun is just crule. ask oney of the men on the forum if you are unsure of what is required blouse.

You could catch it in a live trap and take it to one of the fourms nature loving friends and let them have it.

it is illigal to do lot of things but i think catching a squirral and releasing it off the island would be passable what are they going to do arrest you. You could say you were saving its life.

I think the food option would be good for starters but it might atract rats as well. try it blouse and see what happens

kill ,maime, destroy grey squirrels are vermin, i despise them they destroy trees .
they are a menace they enjoy stripping bark of the upper branches of acer psuedoplatanus which weakens/kills the branch which makes it quite hairy to climb as a tree surgeon.
