Police have release an e-fit of a man they would like to speak to in connection with an incident that happened on the seafront, Hayling Island on Tuesday, August 31.
At about 3pm a 14-year-old girl was walking along the road – near the fun fair - when she was approached by a man driving a van.
The man pulled up to her, offered her a lift in his vehicle and made several indecent remarks to her.
The girl managed to get away from the suspect and ran along the road in the direction of the fun fair.
The man is described as:
* White
* In his thirties
* Slim build
* Short brown shaved hair
* Light stubble
* Full sleeve tattoo on his left arm (possibly a dragon) and a tribal black and blue tattoo on his rig...read more
