Inn On The Beach Presents: A night for Haiti

Two local girls, Jenny Frost 23 and Leia Gifford 25 have put together a live acoustic music night to raise funds for the Haiti earthquake victims. “Though thousands of miles away from our small island community we decided we would like to show our support for such a devastating event” say the girls “one island to another”.



The night held at the Inn On the Beach, newly refurbished bar and restaurant on Tuesday 9th February will be filled with acoustic musicians playing an array of toe tappingly good live music from local island talent and beyond. Whilst serving a menu of home cooked food the evening will also have a raffle of great prizes donated from local businesses.



Entry is free but all donations and raffle money will go to the DEC www.dec.org.uk, Disasters Emergency Committee which distributes their funds to humanitarian charities such as Oxfam, Save the Children and the British Red Cross. These are currently working and ensuring survivors get food, clean water, emergency shelter, medical care and any other support they need.
