RIJ Flats Protest

A group of interested Hayling Island residents, supported by HIRA with Paul Fisher,gathered outside the delerict Rose In June pub at 11am today complete with banners and placards to let HBC know the strength of feeling against the decison to allow flats to be built on the site.

Passing motorists stopped and joined in.

Paul Fisher feels that not enough notice is being taken of the Island's residents regarding planning decisions.

Maybe more protests will follow.
