Big Screen Scarecrows – Free Event for Scarecrow Fans on Saturday February 20th

On Saturday 20th February, Hayling’s BEST will be offering a free event at The Station Theatre to show the Scarecrow Festival entries in all their summer glory on the big cinema screen.

This follows the very successful screening last year of the 2008 Festival slides. The show will include never before seen slides of the very first Festival in 2007 as well as the most recent one in 2009.

The Programme will be as follows

• 7.30 Introduction
• 2007 Scarecrow Festival slides – how it all started
• Announcements about Scarecrow Festival 2010
• Interval – chance to get refreshments and buy Scarecrow related goodies if you wish
• 2009 Scarecrow Festival slides
• Hayling’s BEST MTI Announcements
• 9.15 Close – HIADS Bar will remain open until 10pm for refreshments

Tickets are Free on a first come first served basis and will be available shortly from The Station Theatre Box Office or The Hayling Island Bookshop.
