Calling All Buggy Users !

Would you like to be able to drive up and down the Island's west coast on a path suitable for motorised scooters, like the drivers pictured above on the recently opened section of the Hayling Billy Trail between Langstone and Havant?If you feel that safe and traffic-free access to this scenic part of Hayling Island would be a very good idea for you and fellow buggy users, please add your name and signature in support of the appeal for its development. You can register your interest withing Hayling Wheelchair Services on Rails Lane and the new Hayling Mobility Shop on Elm Grove.
Many walkers and cyclists also wish that it be properly surfaced for all year usage and so, naturally, you would not be the only users of the train. Horseriders will also benefit from the development, seperate from other users. However, we all need to combine to persuade Hampshire County and Havant Borough Councils that this should be done, removing what ever obstacles they feel to be in their path, sooner rather than later.
