Hayling Island Residents' Association (HIRA) is planning an Open Meeting at the URC Hall, Mengham, on Thursday 19th July at 7.30pm, with the topic: 'Olympic Year - Hayling Watersports' taking in kitesurfing, boardsailing and sailing generally. We hope to have representatives from all the activities to make presentations and tell us all about it!
