Public Exhibition for development at Goldring Close Tonight

The exhibition will be held in the Regency Room of the Royal British Legion, Legion Road, Elm Grove, Hayling Island on Thursday 28 June from 3:15 pm until 7:00 pm
and will provide the local community with a valuable opportunity to view and discussthe outline proposals with members of the development team.

The outline proposals have come forward for the sustainable site following an indentified housing need in the area, with the lower part of the site already allocated
for housing. The proposals would look to provide a mix of open market and affordable homes, with provision for a new area of public open space, play area, footpaths and amenity land.

Tolcarne Drive Developments is encouraging all attendees to complete a feedback form which will be carefully analysed ahead of the
submission of a planning application to Havant Borough Council.

The consultation period will run until Thursday 12 July and provision has been made for local residents to give their views either at the exhibition, take away a form to
complete and return by the Freepost service provided, comment online after the exhibition at www.landnorthofgoldringclose.co.uk or call Freephone 0800 112 3540
to leave verbal feedback or request a feedback form and Freepost envelope.

The project website will also feature copies of the information displayed at the consultation event should people be unable to attend the event but still want the opportunity to view and comment on the proposals
