Five out of the six Havant Borough Councillors representing Hayling, together with County Councillor Ted Gale, will be speaking on their roles and activities, as well as giving Islanders the opportunity to ask questions at this evening’s open meeting. Unfortunately, Gordon Erlebach will not be able to attend.
