The Dilkusha Club Plans

Outline planning permission has been granted for the Dilkusha Club to be demolished to make way for 10 homes. Four town house - Four Flats - two 4 bedroomed detached houses.

This author has fond memories of the "Dilly" is the days when Hayling had several clubs. The building is a magnificent house with a substantial history. it will be a sad day when it is wrecked.

HBC planning officials say that the building is not of sufficient interest to save.
