Fly Tipping - A Social Disease

A considerable amount of asbestos and other rubbish has been dumped at the Gunsight, Ferry Road today 6th August. Do you know somebody who has recently demolished an asbestos building who may have dumped it or perhaps thought they were paying a contractor to dispose of it legally and subsequently decided to increase his profit. The rubbish which was in the large builders bags included cat and dog food containers and the person shops at the co-op and probably smokes. Do you know the culprit as you will all end up paying for the council to dispose of this unsightly and dangerous mess.
