The fire at Darra Court in Norfolk Crescent - UPDATE
A neighbour spotted fire and smoke in the top floor flat Darra Court
A man who was arrested after a fire at a seafront flat in which two people died, has been released on police bail.
Two men - one of whom who had been seen shouting from a top floor window - were found dead in Darra Court on Seafront Road.
They were discovered when firefighters broke in on Sunday at 8pm. A post- mortem examination on the bodies showed the men died of smoke inhalation.
The bailed man, 29, was held along with another man who is still in custody.
Five fire engines and 38 firefighters from across the area attended the blaze at Norfolk Crescent.
Havant police have launched a fresh appeal for witnesses.
A spokesman said: "There were plenty of people at the scene who could come forward to let us know if they saw anything that we have not already logged."
The man will remain on bail until 5 October.
