Launch yourself into Kitesurfing

Zero Gravity Kitesurfing is offering kitesurfing lessons with professional kitesurf instructors Chris Bull and Phil Elborough.




Chris is an excellent kitesurfer currently ranked 2nd in the BKSA national championship series and moving up to Pro level for the 2002 season. Chris is a regular sailor at Hayling Island and most weekends can be seen pulling sick airs and radical moves.




Who better to pass on a wealth of experience than one of the countries best qualified instructors. Chris has taught power kiting, traction kites and buggying for many years and has been qualified to teach kitesurfing for over two years...


Phil, owner of Zero Gravity has been kitesurfing for over two years and was the first to venture out onto the waters of Hayling under kite power. Phil is truly passionate about kitesurfing and will defy anyone not to become instantly addicted.




From ram air foil to four line single skin inflatable kites, directional twintip to wakeboards We have all the equipment you will need to get you started in the worlds most exciting new sport.




The courses are held at Hayling Island beach which is an excellent place to learn due to the large shallow areas of water produced from mid to low tide. It is possible to touch your feet on the ground for nearly a mile out thanks to a huge sandbar. Hayling works well in a number of wind directions.


The beaches have plenty of parking, toilets and other amenities.




The Kitesurf courses are either a one day or two day course, designed to give you all the basic skills needed to get you up and going in the world of kitesurfing.
