Mincham Jailed

Reporters from 'The News' were today in the Crescent on the Seafront interviewing residents and taking photographs of the properties of local 'landlord' Christopher Mincham, following his incarceration today for non-payment of council tax. Reporters told the residents interviewed that Mincham had been jailed for 40 days for the offence.
