Disgraced Councillor does it again

An illegal sea container has been placed without planning permission in front of the historic 'Crescent' building on Beachlands by disgraced 'landlord' Christopher Mincham. 

Christopher Mincham has been in high profile in the media lately, following successful prosecution cases against him both for fly tipping, evasion of council tax, and unsolicited building work on the property he 'manages' for Adelaide Homes, 39 Seafront.
 

The sea container he has installed without planning permission has totally obscured the view of privately owned homes and is currently in the hands of the relevant enforcement agencies and public sector representatives.
