THE POMPEY DIAMOND TWIRLERS ARE LOOKING FOR GIRLS FROM 5 AND ABOVE

They are a majorette team called Pompey Diamonds.
Members of ABTUK.
An enjoyable and very friendly team.
They enter competition and do shows though out the year.

When they train.

Currently in Portsmouth

Mondays 4.30-6.30

Wednesday 4.30-6.30

Thursday 4.30-6.30

The Pompey diamonds comprise of girls aged between 5 years and 33 years old.
Currently there are 23 girls in the team. All the girls have ability to dance, march and twirl.
However, they are all at different levels.
They currently have some first time twirlers as well as girls who have 27 years experience in twirling.

JULY 2004 The joined A.B.T.U.K. and entered their first competition in NOV 2004
They won several awards - April 2005, they entered the regional championships and were crowned BIBTA Champions
with six first places - seven second places - seven third places and the best dressed team.
May 2005 again ABTUK Chapionship and gained six fiorst places - seven second places and seven third places.

Since Jan 2005 the team has won over 70 awards and the majority being 1st places
They would like to increase the team members by opening a sister team on Hayling as there is no majorette team here.
Mandy twirled with the Hayling island majorettes from the age of 6.
