Alien structures on bridge - planning application in.

We have received notification of the submitted planning applications for the strange structures planned for the good people of Hayling Island to view when arriving or leaving the island. It looks as if it will be a "Fait Accompli" unless anyone opposes this.
There has been much discussion about the plans on the Hayling.co.uk Forum.
Perhaps HBC have not read the comments or been notified of the resident's feelings on the subject.
