Hayling Councillors up to their necks

Cllrs Andy Lenaghan and Vic Pierce-Jones, threw caution to the (very cold) winds and took a dip in Hayling Bay for the "Children in Need" Charity.

Having no concern for their advanced years, they swam out and about in extremely cold water.

The accompanying pictures show fortitude of these two brave and public spirited councillors.

Andy said they have raised £150.00 so far but would like to increase this for the charity.

Any contributions can be made to either frozen councillor who will be grateful and perhaps they will have defrosted by then.
