Hayling crime writer and Hayling bookshop team up for special event

Hayling crime writer, Pauline Rowson, has teamed up with Hayling Bookshop for a special meet the author and book signing event to be held on Saturday 11 March between 10.30am and 12.30pm.Pauline’s first two crime novels, Tide of Death and In Cold Daylight, were published in February and Hayling Islanders will get a chance to meet the author, discuss the books and buy signed copies at the special event in March.  Both books are set on the south coast and feature Hayling Island. Tide of Death, introduces DI Andy Horton and his sidekick Barney Cantelli, and In Cold Daylight, is a thriller which features marine artist Adam Greene on a quest to find the truth behind the killing of his closest friend. The novels have already received a positive reception at a pre-publication launch at the London Boat Show in January and will be promoted to the world’s bookselling and publishing trade at the London Book Fair on 5th and 6th March. 

Pauline lives at North Hayling with her husband Bob.  

All are welcome to attend the book-signing event on 11 March 2006 between 10.30am and 12.30pm.
