A Day to remember
- Tue 21st May 2002
Monday 3rd June is as everyone knows Jubilee Day. The West Town is holding a big party/disco during the afternoon for children ,there will also be a Bar B Que and spit roast.
During the evening cheques will be presented by Liam Daish to Cancer Research, The Rowans Hospice and Naomi House (the childrens hospice).
There will also be entertainment supplied by D.J. Jeff Jefferson and the Silvertones., during the evening they will be joined by Mick Hornsby and a guest appearance of Ray Cottle.
There will be bits and pieces going on during the day i.e get your revenge on your husband/ wife and put them in the stocks.
In other words it will be a day of madness and mayhem, hopefully making it a day to remember and raising money for Cancer Research at the same time !
