Rainbow Site plans deferred.

Portsmouth Housing Association have been persuaded to pull the development of this site subject to certain conditions. They will demolish the existing building and fence it off and hold a community art event to decorate the fence. They also wish to be involved in the long term future regeneration plans but now it gives us the chance to formulate the plan for the area free of this development.

This was the results of a continous email campaign mounted by Cllr. Andy Lenaghan with help from others.
