Newtown Hotel changes hands

The Newtown Hotel will be under new ownership from 4th June. Keith Boothroyd, local property developer, has exchanged contracts and wants to make it "The place to be" on Hayling Island.

Keith had previously wanted to renovate the Hayling Bay Hotel but planning permission to allow local residents to use the facilities was refused.
