Two men entered the shop wearing balaclavas. They were both carrying knives and threatened a member of staff, demanding he opened the safe.
However, the safe was locked and the two men fled empty handed in the direction of Ladybridge Road and Penjar Avenue.
The suspects are described as:

Detective Sergeant Martin Crocker said: “The victim was unharmed in this incident but is understandably very shaken by it.
“Crime scene investigators have carried out a detailed examination of the premises and we’ve taken statements from numerous witnesses. We are also now in the process of examining CCTV from the area at the time of the robbery.
“We’d urgently like to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time who may have seen these two men near the time of the incident or has any other information.”
