Gales inter-pub shoot this Saturday at The Maypole

Fullers (the new owners of Gales Brewery) are holding their annual Inter pub clay shoot at The Maypole this Saturday (15th September), starting at 1000.

There will be 23 teams of 4 (with possibly more turning up on the day), Including 2 teams representing The Maypole, all competing for the coveted "Gales Barrel", with the worst performing team receiving the equally prized "Wooden spoon" award.

Once again, we are more than delighted to have been invited to host this popular event , and will be entirely organised and run by the "Northney Farmers" and "Maypole" shooting clubs, each giving up free time for a worthy cause.

Each year this has proved to be a great day out, and it has been decided that this years charity recipient will be the Islands First Responders.
