Raindeer Spotted in Mengham

Reports are coming in that a small herd of reindeer have been spotted grazing in the grounds of Mengham Infant School.

The staff and children had so enjoyed making the scarecrow sheep during the summer that Mrs Randall the Headtecher encouraged them to make a seasonal tableaux.

They can be seen during the daytime from the St Marys road entrance.
