All systems go for Eastoke Corner’s ‘Playing on the Plaza’.

The first of the Hayling’s BEST MTI Group’s innovative series of ‘Playing on the Plaza’, alfresco music events at Eastoke Corner, Hayling Island, is all set for this Bank Holiday Sunday afternoon between 3pm and 5pm.
After an opening ceremony performed by newly re-elected Hayling West councillor, The Worshipful Mayor of Havant Mr Vic Pierce-Jones. Youth will be to the fore as the inaugural concert will gets under way, with a performance from ‘Four Fingers’, a‘ rock’ band originating from Havant College.
Then in a change to the originally advertised programme we will be joined for a short interval set by local girl band ‘Minds Gone Blank’, before we conclude the afternoon with the powerful lyrics, melodic bass and funky, upbeat percussion, of our headline act ‘Rusty Strings’.
